What is the best way to clean a belly button when it’s infected?
I’ve had my belly button done for about 2 and a half months now.
It got infected cause it was pierced with a Claire’s ring. I clean it pretty much every day with sea salt but it gets all pus- like &it’s starting to bleed, too. What do I do? HELP 
Continue using the sea salt soak twice a day. Make sure you are adding 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt to 8oz of boiled water. Soak for 10 minutes. Make sure that you are not wearing tight fighting shirts or high waisted jeans. Sleep on your back. Make sure to sit up properly and not slouch. Cause as little irritation as you possibly can to the area. It might be best to purchase Bactine. Bactine is an antiseptic and a pain reliever. It will help your belly piercing heal. Use it twice a day after using the sea salt soak. Clean any crusties off with a wet q-tip.
