What is the best way of taking care of my new nose piercing?

kso, I got my nose pierced last night. =)
I was wondering what is the best way to care for it is, so it doesn’t get infected, and it heals,

Since you just got it pierced, it isn’t a good idea to take it out, so get some rubbing alchohol, put it on a cotton swab, and clean the hole around your nosering. You should do this twice a day.

When I got my nose pieced, I had it done in india, and I got it done without a gun. He just took the sharp part and poked it in,and because of the type of nosering I had, the dude told me to occasionaly turn it around in the hole. I know it hurts ALOT, but try, or else the ring will stick and it will hurt even more.

Also, CLEAN YOUR NOSE! Trust me, been there done that. It’s extremely painful to stick a tissue up there and get rid of everything, but you have to, otherwise it wil feel kinda gross, and will look gross too.
