Where can ii get a good price on surface piercings?

I love the surface of the holes on the back and just want the kind that have you see the amount. I'm in the Los Angeles area, but willing to go anywhere, like Orange, County, etc, to get a good price. All the suggestions are welcome. thanks

I would not recommend surface piercings, dermal anchors go for instead. holders of surface drilling high rate of rejection. dermal anchors are safer, heal faster, and has a low rejection rate. If you are looking brace on the back surface type, the message and I'll see where you can get one done by a piercer great for a decent price.
