new belly button piercing … Am I being careful?

I was told to clean it twice a day and dry, it has done this morning and I'm terrified of infection .. i was told not to worry about tight clothes and non-irritating anyway .. so I've been cleaning some Savlon Cotton, then I wash it with salt water (like cotton, wool) before drying lightly with a cotton / disposable kitchen towel. I know I'm destined to get all the blood out, but then I get most of the tension, it bleeds a little more …. is this right? I do something else? no .. I have the amount ring

There is no such thing as over cleaning a body piercing is not good for him. Just follow the instructions given, and that's it. They know what they're talking about. It is still very fresh so that bleed when shaken.
