easiest way to squeeze the ball on my piercing jewelry crowded bar?

I have my comfortable gone a week and I lost a ball in the bar i had. now I have another new bar and ball are both in now. Do not want to go through that again, but its so hard to pull the one on the inside of my ear! Has anyone had this done and this forund problem and a way tightne one inside? because I'm not trying to lose another ball: p

Have you tried wearing gloves rubber? These allow greater control over the ball. You can also return to your piercer and ask them to tighten. Will cause the least harm and their hands are working with the small bar that yours is extreme. I hope that helped!
