Dermal anchor jewelry in the first place? (Easy 10 pts.)?

I'm considering getting dermal anchors on my collarbone. I've been watching Drilling photos, prices, and videos of the procedure. But it seems that all the videos I've seen, the client receives a flat, round, a flat silver. Is it just your choice? Or you can put other types of accounts at anchor? And if you can, is this the first time you get it done? Please give best answer possible. Easy 10 points. Thanks (: I have also heard that they are the Dermals most painful of all piercings. If you had a can tell me how much more pain will there be?

It might depend on the store to go, but most places are given the option of normal head or jewelry, I know that the place I go also you can get some form of a star. But you can always return to the store and changed. How any piercing hurts, but I do anchors micro-dermal to say is the most painful of piercings i have, but honestly not that bad, nothing unbearable. I have a high pain tolerance, so the level of pain really does depend on the person. After it's done when it does not hurt at all unless they engage in something.
