"I can get my lip pierced at age 13 in Michigan?

I have 13 and want my lip pierced, my parents agree with it and will sign for me. But is there a law in Michigan saying i have to be so old to get pierced? Reeeaaalllllyy I want done … thanks:)

Do not listen to other ppl do u want to do, but I do not live near Michigan, but umm I know that here where I live most places u need to have an identification such as ID and parent permission skool .. it sucks, but the truth da … and I can not infect as many as u take very good care .. individual drilling will explain everything! … xD welll good luck! and does not really hurt
