Download Photoshop CS3 brushes?

I try to install this tool and brush – but http://getbrushes.com/decorative-ornaments-photoshop-brushes/jenn-bs-piercing-brushes.php I've never downloaded one, so I'm lost XD

Well, first download it. It would be a good idea to have program called "WinRAR" if you Your search is not Google just downloaded. Once you've downloaded the file, it opens in WinRAR. You can see a file with an icon that has a brush with a blue flag small in the bottom of the icon called "brushes" click on it to be presented and WinRAR, go to extract the files. And out of anywhere. Once you've done this CS3, Photoshop, and go to "Edit">> "Preset Manager …" >> "Upload." Find the brush where you extracted and click Open. His brush before being charged. Go to brush tool and go to the brush drop-down arrow and scroll down. His brush should be there:)
