Question about piercings for parents about their kids?
My mom couldn’t care less really what I pierce as long as she likes it. I know that may sound weird but for example.
She thinks that belly button piercings are adorable and wouldn’t mind at all if I got mine done, but eye brow piercings to her are disgusting and ugly so she wouldn’t let me get it done. ha ha. But I don’t really care sense I hate eye brows piercings, just saying.
Would you care if your kid got any type of body piercing or like even a fancy ear piercing (like cartilage, tragus, basically something besides the normal ear lobe piercing)?
I asked because I got my cartlidage done (I’m doing it again since it closed up) at 13 (the legal age) but my best friend’ isn’t allowed to do it until she’s 16 (we’re 15). But yet her sister has a tattoo at 17 that she got when she was 16.
I love my husband, wasn’t complaining about anything.
So where the hell did that come from?
I have had my tongue, my webbing (under the tongue), labret, my nose (twice) belly button, tragus, cartillage, ears (3in each lobe) peirced. I took most of them out a year or so ago. But I still have my labret and ym nose and my belly button and the ear lobe peircings. My fiance had his eyebrow, his ears stretched to 00 and his nipples peirced ( he used to have his tongue, webbing, industrial, and navel peirced too). We both have 3 tattoos each.
Needless to say we won’t mind at all if our son (15months) wants to get peircings when he is older. BUT he will have to wait until he is 18 to get a tattoo. I don’t agree with getting tattoos at any younger age.
