Serve with sea salt? (Carlilage Piercing / Helix)?
I know I have to do a sea salt soak my helix piercing every night but I did it without salt. What is an alternative to sea salt? Salt work? Also, would it be acceptable to use hydrogen oxide Pr Is it infected? I just got a punch from a friend yesterday (which has pierced ears and several others have been perfectly well so no worries there) and so far no signs of infection. How long do I have to clean? Two weeks? Last question. If it starts to hurt a bit to put a damp paper towel in my ear a little help? I have no excessive pain to take a pill, but it burns a little when I turn it on and touch. normal salt works great! you have to clean the ear until it stops hurting and stop the formation of dry matter. I had mine done 3 months ago and I have to clean it. hot water works. The best thing you can do to prevent infection is to never touch !!!!! and cleaned regularly. use cleaning solution in your heart to remove the piercing dry, then gently turn the drill back and forth to find the solution in the hole. it hurts the first few days. A LOT! The paper towel would be good for hot water I think his ear. I did the same. was soft> <(lol) here is the list i has things that can be used to clean the ear: Tea Tree Oil – This soothing liquid cools and refreshes an irritated piercing. Use only oil quality Tea Tree High and diluted with distilled water. Emu Oil – A universal healing product that has been shown to produce exceptional results in healing -. piercing H2Ocean Although some call "glorified saline," most do report excellent healing results with this product -. Saline cheaper and more accessible than most other products, saline solution is very effective for calming and healing of a new piercing. Is as an acceptable substitute to absorb salt. Do NOT use hydrogen peroxide – Hydrogen peroxide kills bacteria but also kills white blood cells try to heal your piercing. May cause irritation and lengthen overall healing time -. Alcohol rubbing alcohol dries the skin and irritate the piercing first This could lead to infection -. Glyoxide This is a product that contains hydrogen peroxide and prevents healing rather than helping -. Solution Ear Solutions supplied as piercing jewelry stores and often contain alcohol, hydrogen peroxide and other harmful chemicals that only aggravate a new piercing -. Antibacterial ointments or similar products will not clog pores and / or kill healthy cells trying to heal the piercing.
