I just got my tragus pierce today– after care instructions state that i need to twist it, but i cant?

I have a CBR, and i can move the ring up and down but i cant actually twist it because its way too painful. I just got it done at about 6:45ish. Is that okay? Or should i twist it even thought it hurts ALOT?

yes you still want to twist it. your ear is going to release fluid containing white blood cells to try to heal the area. if you don’t twist it, the fluid becomes a little crusty thing and then it will make it a lot harder to twist and a lot more painful
