Questions about anti-eyebrow and wrist piercings?

For a little while I’ve wanted an anti-eyebrow piercing and I’m still after getting my wrist done too, but I’m in the UK, and I’m not too sure if any places would actually let me get these done – I’ve heard there aren’t any laws on piercing ages here and it’s up to the establishment’s own discretion, for the piercings I want at least, but since I’m only just nearly 15 I’m sure I’ll need my parents’ permission. I’m just wondering whether it’s likely that I can find a piercer willing to perform these piercings on me, what with my age and all, even with permission.

Also, this is a bit of an overdone one, but would these piercings hurt an awful lot? I mean, I know everyone has different pain tolerance levels, and all I can take experience from as far as piercings go is my nose and my ears – both of which I didn’t really have any problems with. Could anyone tell me how much worse they found wrist or anti-eyebrow to be than nose or earlobes?

my friend got an anti-eyebrow she said it barely hurt at all, it was like more of a pinch than anything.
