My nipple piercings aren’t crusty or bleeding?

I’ve researched this a lot and everything I have read about nipple piercing aftercare says I need to clean the crusties and blood and all that. Well I got both pierced 3 days ago and there was only a little dried blood on one side of the piercing the evening after I got them pierced. Is this normal that they aren’t pussing and crusty? Gross I know, but I’d just like to know if this is okay??
P.S. PLEASE no negative comments and opinions, I don’t care if you think it’s unattractive I just need some real advice. Thanks!
Also am I supposed to be rotating them in circles or just left and right like back and forth? I’ve heard polar opposites so I’m not sure.

When I got mine, they were pretty clean for the first few days.. About a week later, BAM! Crusties and crap :| .. They will come eventually, just give them time lol.. And when they do, DONT pick at them, ever, after you shower you can get a q-tip and wipe them off the jewelry.. Nips tend to be a pain to heal, so be sure to baby them for at least 6 months.. Its been almost a year for me, and they still get little nasties on them sometimes..

For rotating, I always just moved mine from side to side a bit
