My girlfriend got her ear pierced at walmart, its swelled up alot! what do i do?

she got her cartilage pierced at walmart and its swelled up so much! her ear was like a whole solid ear no creases or nothing. her lymph node on her neck is swollen too… does anyone know what i can do about this?! i know someone is going to mention “go to a doctor” but we cant afford that… and we have talked to walmart about it but they wont pay for it.. its been about a week and the swelling still hasn’t gone down much if any at all. we have put ice on it and peroxide too, it doesnt bubble up, so does that mean there is no infection? please help me is you can!

It may well be infected! Get treatment asap or this can lead to death. Seriously, my friend had there ear pierced and it want septic and they had to go to hospital and have a drip in their hand for a while.
