strange music in my ear and my ear .. Help?

I had an infection in perforation of the ear lobe, and as I had two pieces of one in my ear cartilage in my upper ear and one right in my ear. I also did as popping and clicking that seems like nothing, but not is normal because I'm experiencing in my right ear. (I have only my left ear pierced by the way). I have no right lobe piercing cartilage piercing. in my lobe symptoms have disappeared after using sea salt absorbed in this topic. but still there. did not begin until after I had an infection and I never experienced before. I can not find any info on the net about this and my doctor just said is nothing, but he would not nothing. Does anyone have any idea what could be causing these symptoms and pieces and how I can get rid of them? Could be a sign of something serious? please help if anyone know?

I wonder if this is a reaction to the infection he had as a result of ear piercing. Ears tend to shock and the doctor not concerned, it is likely to be erased in time. However, as if he had an infection that had me wondering if antibiotics? I had heard strange irregular and swollen after antibiotics in the past that turned out to be an allergy. Indeed, it seems as if the ear piercing does not suit you so much people to eat well without it. Sorry for not being more help, but that sounds like a possible answer.
