Is my lip infected?

I have my lip pierced on the left are about 4 days. His white and red semi off around the ring. Even inside. Not bad, but I want to know if it starts to become infected. I can use mouthwash to 5 times per day, as indicated by a professional piercer and hydrogen poroxide I use to clean around the inner and outer rings. Photos of early infections help lips. Thank you very much. Well, I must add that inside of my mouth is not a piece of white meat / skin over the hole. Is this normal. Also, where can u get this salt thing?

Will be red for a few weeks. I would use mouthwash not 5 times a day, however. In general, you want to use it after eating, or if you smoke, thereafter. I think the skin is trying to heal, which is normal. Do not use hydrogen peroxide, go get the salt from the sea. Rinse your mouth with it and get the cup to put some hot water, and approximately half a teaspoon of sea salt (must be sea salt) should be more than salt to taste tears. Now, over a sink, or holding a towel under your chin, take the toilet and lips into the cup together, ensure the puncture site and let stand for 5-8 minutes there. After taking the cue tip is overturned in the salt sea water, and clean the ring and around the puncture site. Do this 4-5 times a day. Sea salt is a natural healer, unveiled infection. If some reason the white ring to speak, is becoming more and begins to try to cover the ring, you can get a keloid. Talk to your piercer about how to clear things up:)
