What are the sign and symptoms of a infection in monroe piercings?

I’ve had my monroe pierced for almost 3 months now. And lately i’ve been having what looks like pus come out of it. It’s not swollen, and it doesn’t hurt. Is it infected?

Signs of infection: Red, swollen, sore, hot to touch, green pus.

As the person above said, if the stuff that looks like pus is clear or white, it is almost certainly lymphatic fluid, which is perfectly normal.
