Tips for a piercing shot?!

Well, I've decided I want my tragus pierced soon. I would like someone to give me good advice for take care of it, keep it clean, make sure you are not infected and how to do anything but painful. Any other advice would be fabulous. My mother is afraid death, I will get an infection, but I think I'll be fine. This will be my first piercing other than my earlobes (I'm nervous!

I just got mine pierced today, so the pain goes: go to a place you feel comfortable and people are nice and clean, if you feel more comfortable, things feel better because I went in thinking it would hurt as bad if not worse than my industrial piercing, but the guy took me to a room where he and I, so not a lot of people watching and we were laughing and joking and the drilling was over before I knew it. I felt the needle go and evil, but it was tolerable and once he took the clip did not feel all that not even feel like I'm a piercing, they have now for about 12 hours is just a little pain. NOW! Cleaning is the process I use for all my piercings in the morning when I wake up, wash my hands and clean the piercing with Dial antibacterial soap did [use some fancy a smell, only a normal orange] lather and gently rub the piercing and try to move the slope slightly. rinse the soap, all that. and move the earring around a particularly small As the soap. then I went and bought this stuff called H2Ocean spray [works surprisingly, using cure] just spray into the hole and let it you can let it dry on drilling. and just repeat the same process at night before bed. generally easier to wash their hands with soap in the shower because it is easier to rinse, or uses only swabs. Another fingertips, including a new piercing. His hands are full of bacteria to touch or play with him that, at least until recovery. after touching washed their hands clean. just take care of himself and the drilling and should not be complications.
