I just got my navel pierced… aftercare help?

I got my navel pierced yesterday at a very professional, and safe place. They did a beautiful job, and I love it. The sheet they gave me with aftercare instructions is a bit vague… can anyone give my advice on how to take care of the piercing correctly? Preferably someone with experience or a piercing license… I have a 14g surgical steel ring.

I have peirced MANY navels before. I tell everyone to use seasalt three-four times daily. It helps clean the peircing out. Also, before touching your belly button, wash your hands, and air dry them. same after touching it.
